POSTER PRESENTATION :
  • Includes all mentioned registration features
  • Lunch, tea / coffee breaks during the conference days
  • Poster cards with number will be placed on the poster hall before one hour of the session start
  • Each author will be provided with a 1 meter x 1 meter poster presenting area and mounting pins / stick-tape. Participants are responsible for mounting their posters during the presentation and in removing them as soon as the session ends.
  • Best Poster awards will be announced during the closing ceremony of the conference.
DELEGATE REGISTRATION INCLUDES :

  • Delegates are not allowed to present their papers in Oral or Poster sessions.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
  • All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to Program Manager.
  • If Inovine Conferences drops/cancels this occasion for any reason, you will get an acknowledgment for 100% of the enrollment charge paid. You may utilize this credit for another Inovine Conferences event which must happen inside one year from the date of crossing out.
  • If the participant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs-
    • Before 45 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee
    • Within 45 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund
  • Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 45 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Inovine Conferences will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.
ACCOMMODATION:
  • Accommodation rate includes full breakfast buffet and other services.
  • Accommodation package only includes room rent charges and rest all incidentals would be charged extra.
  • Additional Services include Mini Gym, Out-door swimming pool.
  • Parking facilities are available for one at free of cost.
